How we use your answers

Your survey answers are anonymous. We do not ask for your name unless you choose to enter the prize draw, and even then your contact details are stored separately from your answers.

Newbury & District Agricultural Society, who run the Newbury Show, are the data controller. ATLIVE, the Show's marketing team, run this survey on their behalf.

Answers are used only to improve future Shows and are reported as totals. Prize draw details are deleted once the prize has been awarded. Newsletter sign-ups, if you tick that box, are added to the Show's mailing list and you can unsubscribe in one click.
