print

  1. Promoter. Newbury & District Agricultural Society ("the Society"), registered charity 1075582, Newbury Showground, Priors Court Road, Hermitage, Thatcham RG18 9QZ.
  2. Prize. One family ticket to the Newbury Show 2027, admitting two adults and two children aged 3 to 15 on one day of the entrant's choice. Parking, food, drink, travel and anything else are not included. There is no cash alternative. The prize cannot be transferred or sold, and has no value if the 2027 Show does not go ahead.
  3. Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees and trustees of the Society, ATLIVE, and their immediate families.
  4. How to enter. Complete the Newbury Show 2026 feedback survey and tick the prize draw box. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person and per email address; further entries from the same address are not counted. Entries made automatically, in bulk or through a third party are void.
  5. Closing date. Entries must be received by 23:59 on Sunday 18 October 2026.
  6. The draw. One winner will be picked at random by computer from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date. The draw is logged.
  7. Winner. The winner will be emailed within 7 days of the draw. If they do not reply within 14 days, or are not eligible, a reserve winner will be drawn in the same way. The Society may publish the winner's first name and county, and will share it with anyone who asks.
  8. Your answers are not judged. What you say in the survey, positive or negative, has no effect on your chance of winning.
  9. Your data. Your name and email are used only to run the draw and, if you asked, to send you Show news. They are stored separately from your survey answers and deleted within 3 months of the prize being awarded. See How we use your answers on the survey page.
  10. Changes. The Society may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or amend or cancel the draw if circumstances beyond its control require it. The Society's decision is final.
  11. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
